Aliante, the first master planned community in North Las Vegas, has a location advantage as it sits at the base of the panoramic Sheep Mountains.
Commenced in early 2000, the master planned community of Aliante has a land area of 1,905 acres. Aliante offers 1,165 acres for residential development and 428 acres for the recreational enjoyment of Aliante’s residents.
The recreational facilities at Aliante include a 45-acre parks which feature a water play area, man-made waterfalls, lake and an interactive dinosaur discovery area; a 24-mile trail for jogging and walking, tennis courts, basketball courts, soccer fields and an elaborate 7,022-yard golf course. The golf course at Aliante Golf Club, in 2005, was awarded as the best new golf course.
Other planned facilities at Aliante include the elementary and middle school sites, amphitheater, North Las Vegas Library, restaurants, supermarkets, gaming resort and hotel complex.
Homes at the Club and Sun City, two of the neighborhoods at Aliante, have views of both the scenic Sheep Mountains and the golf course. The neighborhood of Sun City is a Del Webb Active Adult Community which has single story Aliante homes priced close to $100,000. The Club, meanwhile, is a guard-gated neighborhood with single and two story homes with priced at half a million dollars.
The Las Vegas Strip and McCarran International Airport is just a half an hour drive from Aliante.

Las vegas is the most popular place only because of it’s casinos so i think now a days most of the people are willing to go there are want to live there.
